Dried fruit- 1 cup: raisins, dates, apricots, figs. Etc
Nuts- 1 cup- cashews, pecans, walnuts, almonds, macadamias, coconut
Seeds- 1 cup sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, hempseed
Mix all together in a food processor until desired texture. Serve with water, nut milk, and honey or maple syrup.
